Current Music: some Dragonforce ballad I dunno

One Piece belongs to Oda Eiichiro and Shueisha/Jump. Good thing too, considering my output schedule makes Kazushi Hagiwara look reliable and prolific.

Ace/Smo, technically G rated, a mere 161 words, probably not very good, BUT HEY LOOK I'M WRITING TINY BITS OF FIC AGAIN. )

One Piece belongs to Oda Eiichiro, Jump/Shueisha, and I'm just a dirty little borrower.
A PIRATE/Smoker, 289 words, one use of the word fuck, contains Hina, YES I'M FINALLY POSTING FIC AGAIN. )

One Piece belongs to Eiichiro Oda and other people who aren't me.

Ace/Smoker, G rated, 254 words, for the topic 'myth'. )

Coupla One Piece drabbles. Both rated G, both under 300 words, both originally posted to [info]onepieceyaoi100

I don't really think of these by title, so much as pairing and prompt.

Shanks/Ben, on the topic "black". This one I remember liking a fair bit, and I'm not going to reread it tonight because I'd like to go on liking it for awhile longer. Man do I love Shanks/Ben.

Jango/Fullbody, on the topic "the unconventional approach". So frustrating when you fall in love with an idea and then just cannot make it work. Part of me wishes I had just sat on this, but it's probably for the best that I cut it loose or else I'd still be tearing my hair out over it.

I really, really like working within the super-short limit drabbling imposes. 150 words is probably my ideal, though I can't imagine working within 100. (No doubt someday I will be trying to perfect the twelve word fanfic, but for now 150 is where it's at.) I end up feeling almost guilty for not using more of the 300, but I am not about to try padding a drabble, goddammit.
